- Short-term Disability Insurance: Pays 60% of salary up to a maximum of $1,000 per week for 90 days after the 1st day of an accident, or the 7th day of sickness.
- Long-term disability insurance: Pays 60% of salary up to a maximum of $6,000 per month after 90 days up to age 65.
